Cancellation Policy
Jewelry Los Angeles Advertising Cancellation and Refund and Directory Removal Policy:
You have the right at any time to (1) remove and cancel your directory listing and (2) cancel your monthly advertising account, both with written request via email to cancellations@jewelry-los-angeles.com. All directory and advertising cancellations require 10 day advance notice to provide us reasonable time to make sure your account is properly handled, to wind-up any remaining billing issues and most importantly, to ensure you are not unnecessarily billed. Any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was received. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to cancellations@jewelry-los-angeles.com. You must include your account user name, password, account number if applicable, and your reason for canceling.
All postponements, revisions, or amendments to any ad must be made in writing via email and received prior to publication otherwise; total payments made will be forfeited
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for setup fees, extra services, creative services, photography, domain name, purchases, or web designs. Once advertising items are published, printed, broadcasted, posted, etc., all sales become final and are not eligible for refund.

Because many of our advertising spaces are in high-demand, we enforce a strict reservation and cancellation policy.
Space reservations: Your dates are reserved only when you have been issued an insertion order (IO) from Jewelry Los Angeles, itemizing the dates and spaces reserved for you. These placements are reserved for one week, and then they will be returned to inventory and are subject to prior sale. To confirm your reservations, fax the signed IO back to Jewelry Los Angeles. Once we have received your confirmation, the space is reserved permanently and cancellation fees apply (see cancellation policy below).
Advertising materials are usually due one week before the campaign starts. For some placements we require a longer lead time. We will try to remind you in advance of your materials due dates, but timely delivery of materials is your responsibility.
