Casey Johnson, Heiress to the Johnson & Johnson Fortune, Found Dead at 30.

casey_johnsonThe New York Jets team owner, Woody Johnson’s daughter Casey Johnson, was found dead in her Los Angles house on Monday. According to Los Angles Police Department, she died of natural causes but the specific cause is still tested and my take up to 6 weeks to get the results. The 30-year-old socialite was just 30 years old when she died.

“The Johnson family is mourning its tragic loss, and asks for privacy during this very difficult time,” said a statement from the Jets.

Casey Johnson and former “Shot at Love” star Tila Tequila announced that they were engaged last month. Tequila, who proposed Casey with a 17-carat diamond engagement ring, twitted about her loss: “This is a very heartbreaking time for me. I just want some privacy as I deal with the loss of my Fiance Casey Johnson. My heart is shredded.”

Paris Hilton also tweeted about Johnson’s death: “I feel so sad right now, my heart is in pain. Just lost a longtime friend. My heart goes out to her family. R.I.P. Casey Johnson Love you :( … In bed crying, looking at baby pictures of Casey, Nicky and I. I feel so upset. I feel like I’ve lost a sister. My heart is broken. Miss her … God has another Angel by his side. Casey, we all Love and Miss you and know that you are in a better place. R.I.P.”

Casey Johnson was the great-granddaughter of the co-founder of Johnson & Johnson and she adopted a young girl, Ava-Monroe, from Kazakhstan in 2007.
